Dr. Peter Choate, MSW, RCSW, PhD – FASD Systemic Policy Bias Sustaining Stigma – In this presentation we will look at the ways in which individuals with FASD, or suspected as having this disorder, are systemically stigmatized in health care, social systems, justice and educationsl systems.
Who Should Attend? This training will be pertinent to anyone affiliated with the FASD population such as: Service Provider Staff, PDD funded agencies, Teachers, CFSA, Probation, Crown Prosecutors, Lawyers, Correction Staff, Landlords, Housing First and Caregivers.
