NPower Canada creates pathways to economic prosperity for Canada’s underserved youth and adults by launching them into meaningful and sustainable digital careers.

NPower Canada is a national employment program that provides participants with free in-demand digital and professional skills training, and connects them to new and rewarding career opportunities with some of Canada’s largest employers.

All programs are offered at no cost (FREE) delivered online for 15 weeks.

Programs offered in Alberta – available to anyone who resides in Alberta

The Junior IT Analyst (JITA) Program is a tuition-free and beginner program*. This course equips participants with marketable skills for tech-enabled jobs. Participants don’t need any prior knowledge of IT, but basic computer skills (Internet, email) are mandatory. The JITA program is for job-seekers who enjoy solving problems, learning new tools and helping others.

The Junior Data Analyst (JDA) Program is a tuition-free and intermediate program*. This course equips participants with marketable skills for tech-enabled jobs. The JDA program is for job-seekers who take pleasure in solving problems, uncovering patterns and insights from data, and possess a strong enthusiasm for employing data-driven approaches in decision-making.
