The Children’s Christmas Celebration Committee is having another Taco Fundraiser on Thursday, October 25th!
All funds raised go towards the 5th Annual Children’s Christmas Celebration. This is a great opportunity to help a support a worthy cause!

About Our Fundraiser:
For the past five years our volunteer committee has organized the Children’s Christmas Celebration. Close to 400 people attend the event which includes a full Christmas dinner, entertainment, a visit from Santa and a Christmas gift for each child. The goal? To provide a fun, welcoming, and socially inclusive event for our clients’ families and community members in Calgary.
This year the Celebration is being held in December at the Marlborough Community Association. This event is funded through fundraisers like these, cash and toy donations, and monetary contributions from businesses and community organizations. Who are we? Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary, Awo Taan Healing Lodge Society, Aboriginal Futures Career and Training Centre, Urban Society for Aboriginal Youth, and the Indigenous Liaison for the City of Calgary.
