Grant Investment Programs

Calgary Arts Development is pleased to announce the 2021 community investment programs for arts organizations, individual artists, and artist collectives practicing and operating in Calgary (known as Moh’kinsstis in Blackfoot).

Calgary Arts Development programs are assessed by peer committees of artists and artistic community members. If you are interested in serving as a peer assessor, or would like to nominate someone, complete the assessor nomination form.

The following programs are available to individual artists and collectives:

Artist Development Microgrant (up to $2,500)

Project Grant Program – Individuals and Collectives (up to $15,000 for individuals or $20,000 for collectives)

Late August 2021Notifications of results
September 2021Funds distributed

The Original Peoples Investment Program | First Nations, Métis and Inuit artists and FNMI-led/centered organizations only (up to $15,000)
